Nice stay

The staff were all excellent helpful and friendly. The breakfast has lots of options from warm eggs etc. to continental. The room was spacious with a good bathroom and shower. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. At breakfast although there was bacon eggs beans etc they were cold so maybe a microwave available would be helpful. However I'm sure that if I had of asked the chef to heat it up he would have obliged. Car paking. Is difficult on the road running up to the hotel, if you're lucky you might find a space. I paid €10pn,for their own underground car park. Fine but unfair My car got robbed but they only took my glasses and my hat. Could have been worse.

Very clean, nice staff and comfortable

Nothing there was bad, but I’d recommend for breakfast that they added more seasoning to the meats (bacon, sausage, etc) because they were kind of tasteless.

The room was so beautiful and lovely . The bathroom made me fall inlove actually and it’s so good for its price. The breakfast was a feast to die for and the cook is so kind and has a good charisma . The staffs are gentle and kind too they helped us check in and our gracefully

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was all that we wanted. The location was quiet and within easy reach of Palma . There was also a courtesy minibus each morning into the centre of Palma.

Limited food on offer all day, but not a restaurant as such, but plenty of other places nearby.

We had a nice time

The hotel looks nice, the room on the smaller side, but the bed comfortable, big shower, cleaning every day, balcony. Breakfast was good, enough variety and omelette freshly made by order. We ate 2 nights at the restaurant, the club sandwich is good, but the pizza was bland, you could tell it was frozen and on the cheap side. The bus station was close and there is a small mini market at the end of the street and a big one behind the hotel.

Good, expensive, well situated but noisy.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Cala Major (on foot) and Palma (by car of public transport). The hotel operated shuttles as well, although we didn't use them.

The neighbourhood was very noisy during our first night there, and only slightly less so on the second night. We had no towels in our room and had to go get them ourselves from reception. The door to our small balcony could not be safely locked - it could be pulled open easily even in the locked position. Parking is an issue along the road leading to the hotel. The hotel has some parking spaces in a nearby building, but it should be advertised that this costs 10 euros a day. The cost of the room was too high in our opinion.

-very kind and helpful staff -nice balcony in the room -big pool

-unimpressive neighborhood. would be easy to get to the city center if the EMT buses weren’t so awful; -very basic hotel, no 4-star level, with details that could definitely be improved (ie. cold lightning in the room makes it look like an hospital; no vanity kit in the bathroom); -uncomfortable bed (too soft pillow, too stiff mattress).

Really good venue, staff and level of service all round, well done everyone.

The hotel was more than I expected, exceptional bed, so comfy! Food and staff service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the egg chef at breakfast was probably the most cheerful person I have ever met!

The facilities were amazing and the staff super helpful. I especially appreciated the option to avail of the hotel facilities even after I had checked out which was perfect for my late flight home. A very safe environment for a solo traveller.
